• Domestic (India): All states and union territories

• International: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and selected European countries

2. Delivery Timeframes

• India: 3-7 business days

• International: 10-20 business days

• Metro Cities (India): 2-4 business days

* Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• India: ₹49 flat rate (FREE for orders above ₹499)

• International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on our website or the courier partner's portal.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

• Replace the item at no extra cost

• Process a full refund if replacement is not available

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxesimposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.
