• Wrong Item: You received a book different from what you ordered

• Incomplete Order: Missing items or accessories

❌ Not Eligible for Return

• Change of Mind: If you simply don't like the book or changed your mind

• Used or Read Books: Books that show signs of use (creases, marks, stains)

• Digital Products: eBooks, audiobooks, or downloadable content (non-refundable)

• Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-ordered books

• After 7 Days: Returns requested beyond the 7-day return window

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at queerromance.official@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable)

2. Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours

3. Approval: If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions

4. Return Shipping: Send the item back to us in its original packaging (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault)

5. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement

4. Refund Timeline

How long does it take?

• Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund processing takes 3-5 business days

• Bank/Processor Time: After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the amount in your account

• Total Timeline: The entire process from return initiation to refund completion may take 7-10 business days

5. Cancellation Policy

When can you cancel?

✅ Before Order Processing (Within 24 Hours)

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

❌ After Order Processing

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case, please follow the Return Policy once you receive the item.

⚠️ Partial Cancellation

If you ordered multiple items, you can cancel specific items from your order as long as they haven't been processed yet.

6. Replacement vs. Refund

You have two options when you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Replacement: We will send you a new copy of the book at no extra cost. You will need to return the original item (we cover the return shipping costs).

• Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You must return the original item (return shipping costs may be covered if the issue is our fault).

7. Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:

• Check the tracking number sent to your email

• Contact the courier partner with your tracking details

If 7 days have passed beyond the expected delivery date, we will investigate with the courier and process a full refund or replacement.

• We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank

• If we cannot reach a resolution, the dispute will be governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra
